Storage of FIU Data on FIU Approved Services per
Data Classification Levels:
All Services are those which are licensed and managed by FIU Division of IT. Services not listed below must get approval from the IT Security Office. Storing FIU Data on personal services is not permitted.

- L1 = Level 1 - Public Data
- L2 = Level 2 - Internal/Private Data
- L3 = Level 3 - Confidential Data
Note: All FIU Level 3 Data being stored on allowed services must have the proper access controls and user restrictions in place. This type of data must not be shared publicly. The Division of IT should be consulted and approval provided before storing FIU data on the approved FIU service to ensure the proper security controls and requirements are in place since it may not be natively implemented.
