Welcome to the FIU External Security Incident Report. We are very concerned if your environment is being negatively impacted by an FIU security issue. Please provide as much detail as possible.

Personal safety is first. If you are in physical danger, call FIU Public Safety at 5-9-1-1 or (305) 348-2626

Report technology-aided stalking or harassment to Public Safety and contact the FIU Victim Advocacy Center at (305) 348-1215

Do not disturb evidence. If you suspect that your computer has been compromised, notify the FIU IT Security Office (ITSO) before you make any changes or use the machine.
